Got a small problem I can't solve

For some reason my cyberscrub 5.1 stopped working

Iv'e tried to reinstall it from the link given to me by them, but when it gets to a certain stage it says
its unable to rename a file in the destiantion directory.

Error report says ' move file failed code2'

Hello Emma_uk,

How are you installing Cyberscrub 5.1?
Have you tried making a folder before installing it?

Olrik
