Hello Oldiescc, and welcome to Geeks to Go

Hopefully there is not much to do here. Let's just hope that the malware is co-operative in leaving your PC.

Please reopen HijackThis and do a scan. Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.hotoffers.info/ad0352
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.hotoffers.info/ad0352

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Reboot

Post back a fresh HijackThis log and I'll take another look.

"Edit,
As there has been no reply from the original poster this topic is now closed,
Should you have any further problems please create a new Topic,

Thanks "
