forum keeps getting spammed over and over again.

my website aopclan.net keeps coming under attack from spammers every couple hours. i ban the ip and delete the user and another one comes back with another ip. It seems to be automated and they post alot of the time in the announcement forum which is only avalible to admins to post in. HELP!
