Happy Holidays and welcome to GTG.

Please print the below instructions or copy them to Notepad. Make sure to work through the fixes in the order mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.

Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following if they still exist and hit 'Fix Checked' after you checked the last one:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {f31834e8-b954-47de-b3a4-ba2fd22a939c} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\jasisaji.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [kibedebebe] Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\hilijizi.dll",s
O20 - AppInit_DLLs: C:\WINDOWS\system32\wiyirive.dll

Locate the following Files/Folders and delete them if they exist (if no location given, just do a search for them):

C:\WINDOWS\system32\~.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\jasisaji.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\hilijizi.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wiyirive.dll

1. Download combofix at http://download.blee...Bs/ComboFix.exe Save it to your Desktop before you run it.
2. Double-click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it will produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply.

Note:
Do not click on combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall.

Open up your Notepad editor (Start->Run, type in notepad and click OK). Copy the text from the quotebox below into Notepad:

DeQuarantine::
C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\c\windows\system32\klogon.dll
Quit::

Save this as CFScript.txt in the same location as the ComboFix.exe tool.
Drag the CFScript.txt into ComboFix.exe
Follow the prompts. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply.

Note: Do not click on combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall.

Run Malwarebytes' and see if it still finds anything else. Also run a new HijackThis scan and post the log here.

How is the computer so far?

Uninstall Kaspersky completely and restart the computer. Then reinstall it back and try checking for updates before running it.

Good job. Your log is clean.

To help prevent future spyware infections, read the Anti-Spyware Tutorial and use the tools provided.

Are there any problems now? If none, go to Start->Run, copy/paste in combofix /u and hit OK to remove it. You should be set to go.
