Hi

My PC is not recognising certain devices that I connect via USB. For example, a flash USB memory stick and a digital camera. I thought the drivers needed updating, but found that the USB memory stick doesn't need a driver and the digital camera driver is fully up to date.

A keyboard, mouse and monitor that connects via USB works fine and seems to be storage devices that won't work.

The camera just says USB error on the screen and the memory stick isn't visible in 'my computer'.

I had a look in device manager whilst the memory stick was connected and I get the following message:

'The device is not configured correctly (Code 1)'

I've tested both devices on another computer and they work fine.

Any ideas??

Thanks
