my desktop won't come on

three days ago i spilled a little water on my toshiba satellite A215-S4747 laptop. when my laptop dried the desktop came back on. I didn't use my laptop for the next few days and now it shows a black screen with white words that says:
895M System RAM passed
1024 KB L2 Cache
System BIOS shadowed
Video BIOS shadowed
ATAPI CD-ROM: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N
Fixed Disk 0: TOSIBA MK2035GSS
Mouse initialized
ERROR
0211: Keyboard error
Press <F1> to resume
when I pressed F1 it don't do anything
