Over the past few days, my computer seems to be running a bit slower than usual. When I checked my Task Manager, I saw a process that I never saw before: "mobsync.exe". So, now I'm wondering, what does it do? Is it harmful?

Hello,
Mobsync is the program that Vista uses to syncronise mobile devices (PDA, blackberry, ETC...)
It is not harmful, and you may safely end the program if you do not use mobile devices.
