All thumbnail pictures disappearing

just rebooted my computer a few months ago, now i have more problems than ever. last week it was just a few thumbnails, today its half of my programs. how can i fix it?

You can go through the hassle of deleting iconcache, but TweakUI is easier.

Download/install TweakUI(Xp)... in my signature.

Open TweakUi... it'll be in Start>All programs. Click on the "Repair" list item.

Make sure "Repair Icons" shows up in the list, then click "Repair Now"

You may have to restart your computer.
