I don't know much about computers, and how to diagnose the problem. Please guide me... What should I do?

There is a red X shield reading "You have a security problem!"

When I scan for any viruses, nothing shows up!!!!!
One more thing the volume is not working... I know the problem is not with my speakers...

Pages are loading very slowly.... The error messages keep popping up. I really don't know what to do.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
