how to tottally wipe my laptop clean off programs i no longer use

hi!!!
i was just wondering if any1 nos any free programs i could use to totally clean all my unused programs. iv used control panel add or remove programs but i have noticed it still leaves things behind in (c:).

plus i installed sumthing to do with windows vista the other day and i don't even have vista lol. i think it was called (vista activator). when i start up my laptop i get a black screen that loads this program and i don't no how to stop it lol plus i cant find it anywhere so i cant delete it looked every were in (c:) i think lol.

Firstly please type in full words and sentences as words such as "plz can sum1 hlp me" can be very hard to read in some cases and some users may not be able to understand what your saying, thanks.

There are uninstallers about which do remove whole programs, such one is called Revo Uninstaller and can be obtained from their website which is here

i used to type full words but people replied to me in short text so i didn't think it was a problem :).
