Major XP problem

I have a Acer laptop mini. it has no cd drive. The problem is, the computer starts up and goes the the Safemode,Start normaly, Ect... It does not matter what you click, it will start the windows XP loading *slowly* and as soon as the loading s done there is a flash of the BSOD then it restarts the process. I cannot get past the BSOD and as I said there is no CD-drive so i cannot just reinstall. HELP!

Hello OHCRAP.EXE...

It would be helpful if we can get the stop error code from the BSOD. In the Advanced Boot Options (Safe Mode options), there should be an option to disable automatic restart. Choose that and see if the BSOD displays so you can get us the codes and any file names that may be listed with them.
