Please Help! 3 days ago my mouse developed a little friend. An hourglass blinking constantly beside it. I do know a bit about computers but three days of trying to fix it and I give up! I realize that this means there is a program running in the background but it's not a process that can be shut down. It seems to be a system process, dll or something hiding in there. It's made the system sluggish as it seems to be trying to accomplish something but never getting there. I need this computer for my renovation business so any help would be much appreciated. I've tried ad-aware and about 7 other programs both antivirus and anti adware nothing has solved the problem. Here's my hijackthis log.
