Hi there, I am truly greatful for your generosity. I have a situation where my Mcafee keeps disabling itself. It disappears from the programs list but remains in the add/remove programs. I have just re-installed it several times to see if that helps but it does not. I followed geekstogo instructions on what to do before posting a hijackthis log. I have used: ATF cleaner, MalwareBytess, SUPERantispyware free and SpyBot. These programs have helped tremendously but I am left with this one problem (that I know of)
