I have looked and cant find it. I bought a new laptop and it finds my network and then asks for a pin instead of the secruity key, I tried entering the key but it's too long. It's a new compaq with windows vista. What should I do?

The sticker on the bottom of the router will have a symbol more than likely that looks like the 2 arrows on the top. When you are looking at the sticker that has the MAC ID, there should be one that has that symbol and is just 7-10 numbers. That should be the owner Pin it is looking for.
