So why was my request ignored for 4 days while other people get replied to the SAME DAY??? Then I post in the waiting room and my post is deleted?

I am beginning to feel like I am wasting my time. If this was UPS you would have one very angry customer on the phone with you right now.

I checked the time of your topic in the malware removal forum, it was posted a day ago. The waiting room is only for topics which had no reply for 3 days or more. Do try to be patient, the staff here are all volunteers who donate their time to help users like you, if you do receive no reply 2 days from now, post in the waiting room again. The rules are to be followed, if people do, they will always get help here.


I would suggest removing the codebox from your log. It makes it impossible to read.
