My DVD burner burnt the dvd I used dvd decrypter after i burnt the dvd wasnt sure how to use while burning. My burner plays it on my pc but when i take the disc out and play in my dvd player . It says " playback prohibited by area limitations. what does this mean ? Is there any way i can watch it on my tv ? I have a lg gsa4163b burner that i just bought .

DVD playback is limited by geography to certain areas of the world. For example DVDs sold in North America will not play in DVD players sold in Asia, and visa versa. Sounds like when you burned the DVD the wrong region may have been selected.

It never asked for a region . when i burnt the dvd . would it matter if the dvd burner is from a differant country ? i didnt buy it in the store and got a very good price on it .
