My daughter's computer (an OLD HP Pavillion) had a nasty bug in it. I am geeky enough to have fixed it, only by doing a disastrous recovery (silly girl wasn't running an AntiVirus software!) and I have been updating and upgrading all day. Here's where I fail to get my geek certificate. I know there are processes running that I can delete, I just don't know which ones they are.
