Also I've ran CCleaner, Eusing Free Registry Cleaner, and RegCure. I can't open my security center, and Internet Explorer is not working properly (even though I use firefox). When I try to open the security center; it just pops up a black CMD box for like one second and goes away. I'm in desperate need of help Please. Thanks in advance!
