Hi fowks.

I bought a PC from Dell that came with windows vista. I have had it for a long time now, maybe about a year or just over. I have never had any problems with it, untill couple of days ago, i downloaded zone alarm and done a full deep inspection scan, and deleted any virus or spyware i had.

But since ive done that i cant click on any windows at the bottom bar, i can click the start button okay, but cant click on the quick launch icons or the time date etc, includin open programs. All im getting is a 'Ding' sound

Ive tried system restore and the restore worked fine but its still not working.

I can use Alt and Tab to get around my pages but its getting anoying and im mega skint so i cant afford a new PC or Laptop.

Has anyone experienced this and fixed it? or does anyone know what it is and how to fix it??

Cheers Dave
