Hi,I'm new here,hope someone can help me.Let me start from the beginning.My daughter sent me a video she had made from jibjab through email.when I went to click on the link to veiw it I got a pop up that saids Microsoft visual c++ runtime libaray c:\program\Internet\iexplorer.exe a problem has occured and needs to termitnate,something like that.Then it has a place to click on ok,so when I do click on it then it closes and i'm back to my desktop.I have only notice this error message when I try to view that video.My daughter also has that video on her computer,but she is able to view it.I don't know if I have some kind of malware or virus.Thank You
