Norton has been unable to remove. I recently downloaded PC Tools Spyware Doctor and it found and deleted tons of spyware, but still stuck with the Bloodhound. Can you help me remove it and get my computer clean?

Go ahead and take a stroll over to the malware forum and check the stickies. If that doesn't help you out, I'd go ahead and post a hijack this log for a specialist to analyze.

Sorry! I was looking in the forums and also dowloaded the Hijack This installer..haven't got to the zip or executable yet....I wasn't sure I needed them! I'm not the greatest with computers. :) This is all new to me! Here is a copy of my log:

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
