My problem is this...my Autistic son did a system restore and I had to redo everything. I plugged the computer directly to the Cable connection and downloaded the windows update, bought a new wireless g plus USB network adapter, and everything looked great. I unplugged the cable and was going wireless great for about 15 minutes. Then it lost the connection, it found it a couple of minutes later but I wasnt able to connect to a website. I opened another browser and it worked, but after a few minutes even that wouldnt work. If I plug the cable back in, of course I can get online....and the wireless connection comes back on. When I disconnect the cable, the wireless stays on for about another 15 minutes and this starts all over again. Now, the wireless adapter is 81 inches from the router...nothing blocking the signal ir is underneath anything. What can i do to keep the wireless connection staying on? Thank you
