PCLinuxOS is actually a really nice OS. Its small.... heck even some people have it on their flash drives, but yet it still gets the job done.

I use normally either Fedora Core or Ubuntu (w/ KDE installed using Apt-get as well)

For things like putting it on a flash drive I would use DSL ([bleep] Small Linux)

never used that one, but i have used puppy linux, and i believe it is quite small...

I havent tried puppy linux either
