Polls have been disabled in much of the forum. The ones that were being started were completely worthless, but everyone thought they were a good idea. If you have a topic to discuss, I recommend that you just start a discussion topic rather than a poll anyways.

Not likely. If so, only in a very limited number of forums.

I could be incorrect on this, but I believe the polls are disabled for the public forums entirely. As ScHwErV said, if you're really interested in knowing thoughts on a subject, it would be better to start a discussion topic.
