Scratching my head here (yep, I'm new to Vista).

I have a bunch of avi/xvid files that play just fine in Windows Media Player 11 but when I try to play them in Windows Media Center, I'm told I'm missing a codec or two. That said, WMC won't tell me what's missing. I have downloaded and installed both Divx and Xvid so I'm really confused on how to fix this.

Any advice would be very much appreciated!!!
