Hey for the last few months my computer has been doing this thing where the sound comes out all distorted. It does this not just for music but for every sound on the computer whether it be error messages, beeps, even logging on to windows. The sound gets all choppy and slow and even stalls on one sound for a few seconds. I kept doing a system restore and that would fix the problem but only for a few days at most. I dont want to have to keep doing system restores so if anybody has any solutions that would be great. My sound driver is realtek hd and I have an acer aspire one. Any help would be appreciated.--Brett K
