Can Not Get Check Disk to Finish

I got the "Blue Screen of Death" today. Restarted and tried to run Check Disk. Set my F parameter and hit run. It will verify the files and move to the next task - which is verify indexes. It gets to 2% completed and stops.... As of right now it has been 4 hours at 2%.

Any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated!!!
