After cleaning with HiJack I've lost microsoft office XP...would you please advise if it's possible to download it somehow...if any free proframm exists..thanks a lot

Depending on the type of Office install you can obtain the product key then contact Microsoft to say you have lost the discs. Belar Advisor should help you with the product key

If it is a recent event you could try system restore.

If system restore does work you might get the virus back so check with latest version of Hijack This

Post the log to the malware section of these forums to make sure you only remove the issues.
