Pretty sure that Firefox has been hijacked.

SOMETIMES when I click on a google link i get redirected to an Ad page. The last one was FindStuff.com

I have scanned with Kaspersky, Norton, Ad-Aware, Windows Defender and have removed nothing more than tracking cookies

I have even done a Sys Restore to a time when I know everything was good

I have reinstalled Firefox and deleted it's folder in my local settings between remove/reinstalling it
Deleted ALL cookies and other temp files from FireFox
I dont really ever use IE, so I don't know if it is affected as well.

It's wierd, most forums I've read people get trapped and have this problem with EVERY link. THIS IS NO MY CASE. It seem to be pretty random, but there is definity something there. I googled a Microsoft related product, clicked the link for MS's site and was taken to FindStuff.com

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!! I know my way around a PC a bit, but this one has me scratching my head.

Spybot S&D just found a bunch of stuff, which is most likely the problem. Especially the AdRevolver tracking cookie and Nav Excel Websearch.

NavExcel Websearch:

I'll post back after a while if it gets fixed.

Dont know why i didn't try S&D earlier. I dont usually get spyware, so usually just Ad-Aware works fine. S&D seems MUCH better anyway just from the controls/options it gives.

Wonder why KAspersky didn't see that either.

Lesson of the day, LAYERED SECURITY! Don't rely on one product.

I think KAS should have gotten at least the Virtumonde. Is this a sign that Kaspersky isn't that great?
