Hi,

Hope you can help me resolved my problem. The "windows explorer has encountered an error and needs to close" error pops out everytime even when my computer is idle. When I try and click "don't send" and "send report", it still pops out. I can work on my computer if just ignore the error and just moved it away from the screen by dragging it somewhere where it will not block my view of the desktop and other applications. I tried running Ad-aware, sfc/scannow, delete windows/temp directorybut the problem is still there. I tried running Hijackthis and here's the report:

I'm using a toshiba satellite laptop with Windows XP Service pack 3.
