I can't access any microsoft website. i followed the steps how to remove malwares then the final step...
I tried to open windowsupdate, it just won't work.

...and I'm sure I don't wanna waste my time so I need to find a way how to solve this problem. Thank you.

hello. no one answered me last time. i've waited for 4 months. not only i can't access microsoft websites. i can't access any AV websites too. i dunno if someone will read this but i'm really hoping someone could. at least.
