Basically it's my own fault.. I managed to remove a programme which I shouldn't have.. and since I have the message

'WZCSLDR2.exe - Entry point not found
The procedure entry point apsInitialize could not be located in the dynamic link library wlanapi.dll'
Could anyone tell me how I fix what I've done?
I was told to try system restore but it's not done anything..
if anyone could help me i'd be so grateful as I've not a clue what to do!
