reinstalled xp cant get internet to work

I reinstalled xp on my system and was able to get the wireless internet to run by installing the driver but when i plug in the ethernet cord to my laptop it does nothing usually it comes up in network connections but the only thing there is my wireless connection heres what it looks like

Need to go to the website of the people who made the computer. You're probably missing loads of drivers which you can get from the people who made it.
