Ive tried everything... Still having a problem

Here is my HiJackThis Log... Ive ran Ad-Aware, Spy Bot Search & Destroy, CleanUp, Online virus scanner, and TDS-3 and im still having the same problems: random Pop ups & Auroa pop up.
