guys!

i can't shift this last entry from Hijackthis.

015 *.frame.crazywinnings.com etc

i've tried some solutions from other threads, AVG, Spybot, Adaware, safe mode - removal options.

though i still get that 'windows must shut down'... and occaisonally 'dr watson' errors, and the machine takes a little time to settle (redrawing icons, screens etc) - sometimes it won't let me open explorer, sometimes i can't use the mouse to swap between programmes on the toolbar, though keyboard commands (alt-tab, ctrl/shift/esc etc) seem to get me by. sometimes it just freezes and i have to close the

Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.
(AppName: explorer.exe  AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180  ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0  Offset: 01b62324)

then i can continue.

nasty little chap this...

any road, i'll stop typing...

So I did some digging and I ran Deldomains. the 015 *.frame.crazywinnings.com dissapeared.

However, each time the computer needs to access explorer (running explorer, internet explorer, and others) I get the message

'..Windows explorer has ancountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry...'

AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00d02324

Sometimes I can ignore it and simply move the message, but more normally, I have to close the message, the computer then appears to freeze for about 5 seconds when it slowly redraws icons on the desktop etc. then the same message appears. Occaisonally I get a DR Watson postmortem message. Same sluggish behavour.

I can't work out where I've gone wrong.

Please help!!
