Hello everyone

Forgive me if my question's get stupid we are new to working on computers''we as in my daughter and i''
i have this old
HP Pavilion N3150
windows 98 second edition
128MB PC-100 SO DIMM for HP OEM

need help finding memory for this aswell as a hard drive?
