Microsoft Outlook Email Program is Dead!

I have run the new version of Lavasoft AdAware (which removed a few nasties!), CWShredder and SpyBot. I have re-booted my machine after running each program. Still, I cannot start my Microsoft Outlook email program. After clicking the start up icon on my desktop, the program looks like it is starting up and then it locks up. Task Manager says "Not Responding" so I end task.
