microsoft office 2007 trying to install

hey guys,

i have windows xp sp2. i downloaded microsoft office 2007 enterprise trial version from microsoft web site. i could not uninstall and therefore i followed the microsoft support on the issue. i completed the required steps however when i am clicking to go to control panel for some reason microsoft office is trying to install again. can you help please
