Hello,

I plan on installing what you instruct and following your instructions to get things started as I seem to have something messing up my pc at home.

I Have the "paid for" version of ESET internet security and I am wondering a couple of things.

1) I have run numerous scans with ESET and it shows 2 or 3 spywares infecting my computer and it says they are quarrantined, but it doesn't fix the problem.

2) Will I have to un-install my ESET to follow your instructions since you list a different scan program in your protocols?

Thanks!

I am following the directions to begin and when I get to the "SysRestore Point", I download it and whe I open it a warning comes up in a pop up as...

"This page has an unspecified potential security flaw. Would you like to continue?"

I press yes and open the unzipped file and the next message that pops up is...

"To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: v2.050727. Contact your application publisher for instructions about the appropriate version of the .NET Framework."

Please help...! I really want to be able to start working on the problem.

Thanks again.
