I am not able to install windows live messenger. Its showing I have the program. I have uninstalled completely and from registry also I deleted all. Still its showing i have the problem.

Don't bother with that useless set-up interface, it very rarely works on any set up never mind tell you what you have installed or not.

You may have corrupted database files. Remove messenger by using the Windows Clean up utility program

And then download messenger again.
