have deleted any related files, cant turn off windows installer and because this is tryin 2 install cant add/remove programs. asks me 2 put in disc(dont have) and says cant find installation package trayapp.msi? configuring desktop? how can i get rid if have no installation package and cannot remove through add/remove program?
