I installed Windows 7 Beta (Upgrade wouldn't work, so I used Custom, it kept telling me the most obvious thing and run your copy Windows while installing) and after a couple of restarts and an update I realized that I could no longer boot into Windows XP Pro. I've noticed that Windows.old was created and everything is there, but is there a way I can use the XP partition using this folder? I've been stuck in Windows 7 for 4 days (no crashes yet going on the 5th day :)

So...anyone know a way to solve this? I'm used to XP partitions, just not how Vista/Windows 7 does things to them.

Have you installed Windows 7 on the same partition as XP? What is your disc layout please? It is possible you will have to re-install XP
