You didn't give many specifics, but for the two items you gave specifics for (the motherboard and CPU), they are cheaper on newegg.com. Any particular reason for purchasing from tigerdirect.com?

A few more questions...

What is your budget?
You haven't listed several things, such as power supply, case, optical drives, and monitor. What will you be getting for these parts?

Nice budget build overall. The 4670 would be fine and is comparable with the 9600gso. Wouldn't go any slower on the video card for sure though. Id recommend to go ahead and get 4gb of ram so you will have that extra ram in the pc for applications etc. 2gb would be OKAY but today this day in time 4gb is about the standard now IMO. Also DDR2 ram is so cheap now you might as well go the 4gb route. One thing though it will not show up as 4gb ram in a 32 bit operating system, it will show up as 3.25gb or 3.5gb on windows 32 bit os.

$35-$40 will get you a 4gb ram kit you just need to look around.
