Was not sure what to put in topic title. But here is what is happening:

Whenever I forward, from my Yahoo Email, a power point presentation, it also ends up on my desktop. And when I go to a website and look for information it does, too. For example, earlier this evening I went to USAA.com to set up new automobile insurance. And I copied by Adobe Reader, my auto id card. That is on my desktop. Not sure what is causing this. I must have some program installed that is doing this, but do not know which one it would be. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you.
