I was trying to edit the text of my start button and in all the tutorials i've read
you're suppose to change the shell in the winlogon folder in regedit.the problem
is there is no shell folder in the winlogon.

i thought a virus could have deleted it but when i look in the c:/windows/system and c:/windows/system32
the shell.dll is still there.

could the shell be named something else.i'm totally lost because i can't find anyone else that is having my problem.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
