you all got my desktop fixed up, now the laptop has issues.....

It was loaded with tracking cookies, had hijackers, all cleaned by malwarebytes.

super slow to start up and launch stuff. Web pages dont open, get the server busy or not avail page, click try again and it connects. Connection with yahoo phone out is AFU.

Its a XP SP3 system

I really don't see any malware in your logs but I do see this:
Total RAM: 222 MB (17% free) this means that out of the total memory you have installed only 17% is free where as a normal level would be higher upwards to 75% free.

I suggest upgrading your ram or Uninstalling Comodo or you could even uninstall AVast and use a antivirus that won't use as many resources as Avast such as AVira.

Your Java is out of date. Older versions have vulnerabilities that malicious sites can use to exploit and infect your system. Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components and update:

• Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) Version 6 and save it to your desktop.
