Nvidia drivers not showing up in Add/Remove Programs

So I got a latest drivers for my 6200, yay. As I said the drivers aren't in the add/remove programs list. And trying to uninstall it from the Device Manager. All I get is a pop up saying that it cannot uninstall the device and that it is needed to boot the computer. Now google isn't being very helpful and I am yet to come across a solution.

P.S. I'm not sure if this belongs here or in the hardware board.
