i have 2 diff ram but same 667 speed


they have diff timings and it seems when i added the other stick i get worse fps

will changing the timings give me better performance?

You can TRY to chane the timings but it may make your system unstable. One of the most important timings is the CAS timing (the firs number in 2-5-5-7 style timings list), this would be a CAS-2 ddr chip. To test if it is stable, change your timings and use memtest86+ and let it run for 12hrs and see if any errors come up. If even ONE error comes up, you have a problem.
