Can anyone help me with rar file extensions, what programme do i use to look at them or burn them onto a disc

thanks in advance for any assistance

If you are using XP right click on the .rar file and choose extract here.

Have a look at this list of free software under "Compression / Decompression" for other options.

7-Zip is awesome, it can unpack RAR files, as well as just about everything else under the sun. Great program that should be on the list - just checked, it's the first on the list. :)
