Hi,

I just recently installed a dvd player into my tower. The dvd opens up on the screen and the player is recognized in device manager so I don't think it the dvd player.

When I click on play "go.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" pops up on the screen. I can't play my dvd.

I recall not that long ago, we were having problems installing adobe flash...could that be the problem?

Is there more than one problem?
